Auden & Wendy Lujan have been serving in Peru for over twelve years in different projects such as orphanages, schools, training centers at the same time as currently pastoring two churches (in Trujillo and Pacasmayo). They have a passion for training others to do the work of the kingdom and helping families thrive in Jesus. They have three children. Keili (9), Josiah (6) and Lucy (1).

Board of Directors
At Isaiah Projects, we aim to rebuild hope where it’s been damaged or lost. We work with those in need, those who are underprivileged, and those who are underserved. Our desire is to empower local leaders to become change makers in their communities through ongoing partnership. Through construction projects, child sponsorship and educational support we are helping to lay the foundation that will empower a community to transform itself.
Deb Kaminski
Deborah loves working with her husband in their chiropractic practice. Her passion for helping people and serving others on many mission trips led her to joining iProjects Board. Deborah has been married for 25 years to the love of her life, Jim and together they have raised two awesome kids - Connor and Kiera. One of Deborah’s favourite verses is Proverbs 3:27 “Never walk away from someone who deserves help; your hand is God's hand for that person.”

Alan Garrett
Alan is the Founder, Treasurer and Executive Director of Isaiah Projects. He has been on the board since the organizations creation in 2006. Alan is passionate about empowering church and community leaders with the resources they need to become change makers in the communities in which they serve. Alan is married to Wendy and has two amazing children, Stephanie and Colin.
Dave Root
Dave is the CFO and President, Global Business at Eagle’s Flight, he is also the President of Isaiah Projects and has been serving on the Board since 2013. Dave brings great leadership and business acumen to our team. Dave is married to Kim and has three adult children, Rebekah, Laura and Kayla.
Wendy Garrett
Wendy Garrett is married to Alan, the founder of Iprojects, and assists with some of the administration duties associated with the charity. She is a retired primary school teacher who now works part time tutoring children. She has a passion for children's early literacy education and is a strong advocate for our women's and children's programs.
